Happy Canada Day ||♣||

Happy Canada Day to all you Canucks out there~! The weather doesn't seem too promising and I'm hoping it's not going to rain all day. Tonight there is a big concert at a local park and then of course you can't have rain for fireworks~!

Speaking of fireworks, the field behind our house has been full of fireflys every evening now for a few weeks. It's totally amazing~! It's like our own little light show. They even venture up on to the lawn and one night we were sitting in the gazebo and one got up under the roof of the gazebo. The darn thing couldn't figure out how to get out. It would go up to the peak (inside) and back down to right near the edge but I guess it would hit the piece of wood there and so it would turn around and go back up the peak again ... etc ... etc. It did this forever. I guess they don't have huge brains ...lol. But it was very entertaining for us ~! Of course you only see fireflys at night and you only see the beautiful lights. I was going to go online and look up to see what they really look like in the day but I didn't have the nerve. They are probably really ugly and I don't want my image of them spoiled ... lol.

So ... from fireworks ... to fireflys ... to Diamonds ... 3 things that shine bright.

Because to celebrate Canada I have a new promotion going on at
LLL Creations Dollar Mart and it's all about Diamonds.

And an example of the size against a 12x12 inch layout. (3600x3600 pixels)

They really add some sparkle to your pages~!!! They will automatically be sent with your minimum $5.00 order between today and July 15th~!

And ... my sister gave me the idea to create the following word art.

This went into LLL Creations Dollar Mart today.

She 'litterly' gave me the idea as in she mentioned it. She didn't give me the idea because I thought of her and then thought of making these ... lol. Ok, I'll shut up now Arlene ... LMAO. It's amazing how things written can be taken in a whole different context then was ever meant. I've never been the best at verbalizing in written form. :o)
P.S. - Thanks sis also for the Canada Flag idea in my post topic :-)

The Mid Life word art is only $1.00 and can be found here or just go through my store under the Word Art category.

Anyways, that brings me to your freebie for today;

(LOL! - glad you liked my little flag).

I think I've gone beyond the "middle-age" mark, but I did go for a nice long run this morning.

I'm not surprised you made some word-art doo-hickies from that little slogan I sent to you. You're so clever! Thanks for the mention in your blog.

Happy Holiday..........

Very very cool - I love this word art - especially as I am always looking for scrappy things for boys - so much stuff seems so girly - but this is fantastic!
