Well, I think Mother Nature is a tease! A few weeks of nice weather (I guess it was a bit early) and now we are back to cold. The end of the week is looking good though.

'Is For' Series

I'm going to start giving away my wordart 'is for' series starting this week. I personally think that wordart is one of the main features of a page. When all is said and done and all the elements are in place, it has to have some words to complete it. Sometimes just one word says it all. I hope you like it, I'm having fun making it.

I'm in Bird Heaven

Since this is our first summer in the new house I am discovering all the different birds we have around here. We joke about taking out another mortgage to feed the birds ...lol. But we love it and I've seen some birds I've never seen before in my life!

It's so nice to finally have the nice weather everyday. Not 'hot' yet but at least we're not wearing coats anymore. I got a good chuckle while driving by a garden nursery a few days ago. They had the cutest sign. It said "We are so excited that spring has finally arrived we wet our plants!" LOL I thought that was very cute.

Hmmmm...

Well, I have to say I was a little disappointed this week. My Word Tags had 133 downloads and yet only a handful commented. I really need to know whether or not I'm making things that people will actually use or not. My time is important and though I love trying new stuff, I really don't want to make things 'just for the fun of it'. My 4shared account will not let me see beyond the first page of comments (6 comments) and they have tried to fix that but whenever I upload some other freebie and change the password I again can't see the comments. So

please leave a comment in my cbox on the right hand side of this blog. I also would really like people's honest opinions after they download and take a look at it. The previews are not really an accurate view of the elements because of size downgrade etc. Anyways, enough complaining ...lol.

The weather has been awesome! Bought two trees today, a weeping mulberry and a weeping pussy willow. We also set up a new firepit that we bought. Tonight the frogs were soooo loud, it must be mating season.

Is Spring Ever Going To Arrive ?

Hmmm ... a few 'teaser' days is all that we have had here so far. It's supposed to be spring but it sure doesn't feel like it. It's back to cold and raining. We had one nice day, nice enough to rake the lawn and that has been it~! But I BELIEVE it's going to be here any day now~!!

I guess I was Found ...

Well, listing this blog on DigiFree obviously was the best way to start. I had 163 hits and 96 downloads in the first 48 hours. I also had 16 comments. Unfortunately I'm having a problem with the comments on 4shared. I can only see the first 8 comments and can't get to the next page of comments. Weird. So if you weren't one of the first 8 to comment then I didn't get a chance to see it. I would appreciate comments going in the 'cbox' in my right hand panel. Then I won't miss any. :-)

I would really love some feedback because it's the only way to know if what you are creating is worth the time or not.
