Spring Forward ...

So Saturday night we had to turn our clocks ahead by one hour. It's nice because it stays brighter one hour later now. And boy are there signs that spring is on it's way. Different birds are back in the area that we haven't seen all winter. And the geese and ducks are back and starting to stake out their territory for nesting. And hopefully in a month our little friends the tree swallows will be back and setting up house in the birdhouse. Can't wait~!!!

But it's been nasty out! lol Raining and windy for a few days. The snow is almost gone now, just a few patches here and there, so that's a good thing. I can't wait to open up windows and doors and hear the birds and feel the sun on my face~!!!

I love putting word art or journaling on a layout. I think those two things are what really makes a page. So I decided to try something a little different for journaling and I put these into LLL Creations Dollar Mart today ...

I made the stamps with pictures that I have taken. Yep, Even that eagle. (It wasn't a wild Eagle, it was an Eagle used for education and demonstration purposes and I was able to get really close to this magnificent bird~!).

(They actually look so much better in real size. These are condensed so much for these small previews that I've lost alot of the detail)
