Some R and R ~

Well, I have to be honest. It was a nice break ... but I was getting edgy ... lol.

I have spent the last few weeks trying not to think about designing. I did sit down a few times and created a few things but I didn't feel the preasure to get it on my blog or in my store by a certain day/time. I also had some company and relaxed! I think I really need to do that once in awhile so I don't burn out.

We had my daughter, her fiance and few friends of theirs over for the weekend. We all went to the Canadian Wakeboard Championships at one of the local parks. It was a fun day though my husband and I felt a little out of place with all those young people ... but we didn't care ... lol.
They had the wakeboarding;

Some bands;

And motorcycle stunts;

I enjoyed the motorcycle stunts the best. Those guys are nuts~!

The weather has really changed over the past week. You can definately feel autumn in the air. It's so much cooler and gets alot colder at night. What a short summer! We really only had a week or two of consistent nice weather. Yes, I'm pouting! Because I love the summer, the heat and the sun and it seems we are getting less and less of it. I'm hoping we have a nice long Indian Summer~!

OK, so I put some new items into LLL Creations Dollar Mart today;
(Click on any picture for a larger view)

And here's a layout to show you the size on a 12x12 paper;

Each set in only $1.00 and you can get them here or just go through LLL Creations Dollar Mart under the Word Art category.

And I have this freebie for you;

Download Watercolour Paper Pack #1

I couldn't decide how to preview these papers so I did it this way too ... lol.

Love the papers thanks so much!
I know you must live pretty close to me - I was at the boarding show also.
I also felt "out of place" but it certainly was interesting - we never did things like this when I was their ages!!!
Again, thanks for your free samplings, beautiful.
